Improvement 1. Ghost-cell Treatment for Solid Boundaries in FVCOM

Besides the solid boundary condition in original version of FVCOM, a new kind of solid boundary condition – ghost cell solid boundary condition was added for possible choice in applications.

The basic discription of this kind of solid boundary condition are shown in Fig.1.

Fig. 2 shows the test result of velocity using the original solid boundary condition.
Fig. 3 shows the test result of velocity using the ghost cell solid boundary condition.
